HYDRONYLON HP is an acrylic, self-crosslinking waterproofing membrane that serves as a base layer within the HYDRONYLON liquid-applied roofing system. It’s known for its excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates.

APPLICATION: Start by preparing the surface, then apply the first layer of HYDRONYLON HP with a brush or roller. Once dry, apply the second layer through the SW-1 mesh (alternatively, the first layer can also be applied directly through the mesh). Make sure to apply at least two coats for optimal performance.
COLOUR: Grey
HYDRONYLON HN is a topcoat waterproofing compound applied over a base layer. This polymer compound, with its high flexibility and weather resistance, forms a strong, durable, and impermeable protective layer that effectively safeguards the entire system.
COVERAGE: 1 kg/m²
APPLICATION: HYDRONYLON HN is applied as a topcoat over fully dried HYDRONYLON HP base layers. This flexible compound can be easily applied with a roller or brush, adapting to the shape of the surface.

TECHNICAL MESH SW-1 is used between layers of HYDRONYLON HP and HYDRONYLON HN, plays a crucial role in enhancing the mechanical strength of the entire system. It acts as a reinforcing layer that absorbs stresses caused by thermal or mechanical movements of the substrate, preventing cracks and damage in the waterproofing layer. The use of the technical mesh also significantly increases resistance to punctures and continuous dynamic loads, which is particularly important on roofs with high foot traffic or heavy use. The mesh is developed by the same company that produces materials for bulletproof vests.
