Every completed project is backed by a 10-year product guarantee issued by HYDRONYLON LTD to the Approved Contractor. Here is what the guarantee covers, who receives it and how to verify a Guarantee Card.
What it is
The 10-year product guarantee is a limited guarantee of product quality, issued by HYDRONYLON LTD for installations of the system. The durability of the system itself is 10 years confirmed.
Who receives it
The guarantee is issued by HYDRONYLON LTD to the Approved Contractor who completed your installation, as a business-to-business document. Your contractor holds it for your project; your own rights sit alongside it (see What it covers).
What it covers
The guarantee covers the quality of the system products, not the workmanship of the installation. Your statutory consumer rights against your own contractor under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected; ask your Approved Contractor about the guarantee terms for your project.

Verify a Guarantee Card
Verification confirms that a guarantee was issued and shows its current status. Full terms are set out in the Statement of Warranty on the Guarantee Card.
