Who we are
HYDRONYLON LTD is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We are a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15582277), with our registered office at 47 Northcote Road, Croydon CR0 2HY. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration number C1578617.
For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact us at office@hydronylon.uk.
What data we collect
- Contact form data. When you submit our contact form we collect the name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), type of enquiry and message you send us.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type and the time of your request, for security and to keep the site running.
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not knowingly collect any data beyond what is described above.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
We use your contact details and message solely to respond to your enquiry and to manage any resulting business relationship. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our products and services, supported by the consent you give when you submit the form. Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in the security and reliability of the site.
We do not use your details for marketing without your separate, explicit consent.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
- HubSpot. Contact form submissions are sent to HubSpot, which we use as our customer relationship management (CRM) system. HubSpot processes the data on our instructions as a data processor.
- OVH. Our website and email are hosted by OVH, whose servers store the site and handle enquiry emails.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else except where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as is reasonably necessary to deal with your enquiry and any related business relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Server logs are kept for a short period only.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
